Since the Paris upgrade in June 2024 a new “Stake“ function has been created which is only available to Tezos delegators.
Delegators rely on bakers to send their rewards, but if you stake the majority of your delegated tez reward payments are made by the Tezos blockchain automatically instead.

It’s easy to delegate and stake!
Just choose a wallet, delegate to a baker (mine is Money Every 3 Days), then stake most of your tez, leave at least 1 to pay for gas!
